Issue Summary:

Ticketing data is not being extracted from Ticketsolve into Audience Finder.

 

Current status: RESOLVED

Following several rounds of updates and testing in the “sandbox” environment, the issue with the Data Extraction Client (DEC) was fixed, and an updated version of the DEC was released to the production server.  The extractions ran successfully overnight last night (9th/10th March), and they have been checked thoroughly by our team this morning (Tue 10th March).  We are happy to report that the process ran as expected and, therefore, we now consider this issue to be fully resolved.

 

We would like to thank Ticketsolve and TAA/BR/JCA's respective development teams for all their hard work in resolving this issue.

 

What's next for Audience Finder users:

The data for the period during which the DEC has been down is now being transferred into Audience Finder. You should see the updated data in your Audience Finder dashboard from Monday 16th March 2020. This will happen automatically, you do not need to do anything.

 

Our ticketing team will be in touch shortly with your artform coding sheets to get everything back on track.

 

What's next for Show Stats users:

If you are a touring organisation that sells tickets via an organisation that uses Ticketsolve, productions that matured during the downtime will be available for you to request via the “Find Productions” section of Show Stats from Monday 16th March 2020.
