If your organisation sells tickets via one of our supported ticketing systems, you can start the process of contributing ticketing data to Audience Finder by filling out our short request form.

Once you have filled out the form, a member of the Support Team will be in touch with further questions specific to your ticketing system.

If you haven't done so already, you will also be asked to sign a Data Use and Confidentiality Agreement (DUCA), which will be emailed to you via Adobe Sign (N.B. the email will come from our Chief Operating Officer, Julie Weston).  The DUCA must be signed before we can proceed with the set up of your ticketing data extraction.  The DUCA ensures that you, your organisation, The Audience Agency and our technical partners are protected under data protection law.

Once the DUCA has been signed and you have answered the questions specific to your ticketing system, the team will be able to proceed with setting up your ticketing data extraction.

Once the first extraction has taken place, you can then categorise your productions with an Audience Finder Artform.   Assigning an Audience Finder Artform to each event allows the data to be used for comparison and benchmarking at a organisational, regional and national level.  You can categorise your productions via our Audience Finder 2.0 Beta tool.
