Due to the knock-on effects of COVID-19, we understand there have been productions and events which have been postponed or cancelled. If you should spot any of these cancelled/postponed shows in your Uncategorised Productions list, then please exclude them. Once a show is excluded, then the data will be removed from your insights. You can exclude shows via production categorisation.
When a postponed show has taken place at its new date, Audience Finder will re-extract that data anew. It will then become available to categorise with an artform. Due to this re-extraction, it is possible that a postponed production could appear in your data twice, therefore it is important to exclude the original production run.
